Description:

Twist Drill rod for coal mining is a mining consumable tool accessory. It is a high-efficiency twist drill rod used in coal seam drilling spiral drill rigs. It is generally made of carbon steel and is suitable for use when drilling holes with coal electric drills. It is an ideal tool for coal mining.

HLDRILL twist drill rod is based on the original old-fashioned twisted coal drill rod. It adopts high-quality steel pipe and T-type steel belt welding structure and is manufactured by advanced prestressed winding welding process. This product is divided into single spiral blade, compound spiral blade and wet and dry type.

Connection form: spring pin or threaded connection.

Performance

HLDRILL twist drill rod is light in weight (45% lighter than the old twist drill rod), fast in penetration, low in dust, vertically drills downward without leaving rock debris, and the hole is clear. The rod body can be separated from the drill tail and used upside down, which extends the service life.

Application

Widely used in drilling and mining of coal mines, gypsum mines, etc.
