1.Anchor installation:

(1) Setting out: mark the anchor positions along the slope according to the designed spacing.

(2) Connect the anchor: First clean the drill bit and the foreign matter blocking the anchor hole, then install the drill bit on one end of the anchor, and then connect the rock drill to the other end with a casing.

(3) Drilling and installation: Aim the drill bit of the anchor rod at the drilling position marked on the slope, supply air and water to the rock drill, and start drilling. Drilling should be carried out on the principle of more rotation and less impact to avoid drilling debris. Block the water hole of the rock drill; after drilling to the designed depth, clear the hole with water or high-pressure air. After confirming that it is smooth, remove the drill pipe connecting sleeve and keep the exposed length of the anchor rod at 10~15cm.

2. Grouting:

(1) In order to ensure that grouting proceeds without interruption, you should carefully check before grouting: whether the grouting pump is in good condition and whether the accessories are available; check whether the raw materials for grouting are available and whether the quality is up to standard.

(2) Use cement mortar, and the initially selected ratio is: cement:sand:water=1:1:0.45, and the additive amount is: cement:early strength agent=1:0.01. Grouting is carried out according to the following procedures: quickly connect the anchor rod, grouting pipe and grouting pump with quick connectors; start the grouting pump to grout until the grout overflows from the periphery of the orifice or the pressure expression reaches the design pressure value. It should be noted that each anchor must be "completed in one go"; after one anchor is completed, the grouting hose and anchor joints should be quickly removed, cleaned and moved to the next anchor for use.

(3) If the pump is stopped for a long time, the remaining mortar in the grouting pipe must be drained before grouting the next anchor rod; during the grouting process, the quick joints should be cleaned in time before each shift to ensure continuous grouting.
